Current Positions

- ILS Specialist -
(Openings in Shakopee and St. Cloud)

The goal of the ILS Specialist is to help the people we serve achieve as much independence as possible. ILS Specialists will achieve this through assistance, training, and teaching in some or all of the following:

  • Medication administration
  • Cooking, cleaning, laundry, etc.
  • Managing finances and a budget
  • Facilitating socialization activities
  • Doing personal cares such as grooming, and bathing
  • Housekeeping skills
  • Using public transportation
  • - Additional duties of ILS Specialist are:

  • Thorough and accurate documentation
  • Accompanying consumers to activities, or out in the community
  • Modeling appropriate behavior at all times
  • Ensuring safety and happiness of our consumers
  • Assisting our consumers in reaching their goals
  • Transporting consumers to medical appointments
  • - Minimum Requirements:

  • High School Diploma, or the equivalent
  • Eligibility to work in the United States
  • Valid Driver's license
  • Clean Driving Record
  • Insured, reliable vehicle for use at each shift
  • Background clearance as required by BCA and DHS
  • First aid and CPR certification recommended
  • Experience highly recommended


- Direct Support Professional -
(Openings in Shakopee)

Seeking energetic and creative individual who would enjoy helping people with developmental and mental disabilities with independent living skills. This staff will assist, training, and teach these skills in the homes of the people we serve.
The goal of the Direct Support Professional (DSP) is to help the people we serve live meaningful and active lives based on their goals and objectives. The DSP will achieve this through assistance, training, and teaching in some or all of the following:

  • Medication administration
  • Cooking, cleaning, laundry, etc.
  • Managing finances and a budget
